Terms & Conditions – Instructor Match Guarantee (£50 Service)
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Instructor Match Guarantee service provided by InstructDirect UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing this service, you agree to the following:
1. Service Overview
The Instructor Match Guarantee is a one-time paid service costing £50, designed to match learners with a DVSA-approved driving instructor in eligible coverage areas (see service page).
We aim to match you with an instructor within 72 operating hours, but this may vary depending on availability and seasonality.
2. Eligibility
This service is only valid for learners located within our guaranteed service areas, which are clearly listed on the service page.
If you are outside of these areas, you may still contact us, but a match is not guaranteed and the fee may not be accepted or may be refunded automatically.
3. Refund Policy
If we cannot find a suitable instructor match within 7 working days, we will refund your £50 payment in full.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
Refunds will not be provided if:
You cancel the service after a match is found
You fail to respond to communications from us or the instructor
You reject a match without a valid reason (e.g. preference only for a specific time or instructor gender not previously mentioned)
4. Match Criteria
A “match” is defined as a driving instructor who:
Is DVSA-approved
Covers your area
Has availability within a reasonable time frame
We will aim to meet preferences (manual/automatic, instructor gender), but this is not guaranteed.
5. Communication
After purchase, you will be contacted via email, phone, or WhatsApp (as provided) to collect your requirements and location details.
Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in delays or cancellation of the matching process.
6. Limitation of Liability
InstructDirect UK is not responsible for the outcome of your driving lessons or driving test.
We do not guarantee pass rates or specific lesson prices, which are set individually by instructors.
We act solely as a matching service and not as the instructor’s employer or agency.
7. Instructor Agreement
All instructors matched via this service are independent, DVSA-registered professionals.
Lesson arrangements, pricing, cancellations, and schedules are agreed directly between the student and instructor.
8. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes where appropriate.
By continuing to use the service after updates, you agree to the revised terms.
